Egg Rolls (without the roll)

Sometimes you may get a craving for egg rolls. So, why not just create a filling that is great all by itself? Another option is to use a rice paper wrapper. Make sure you check the ingredients. A great accompaniment is wasabi powder mixed with a little water. Have fun!
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • (3/4) 1 lb. pkg. coleslaw mix (grated cabbage and carrots)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tbs Bragg's Amino Acids
  • 1 egg - beaten

Brown beef in skillet and drain off fat...
Add coleslaw mix, black pepper, garlic, and ginger to skillet...
Stir-fry until all is tender...
Drain and squeeze out any liquid from pan...
Stir in Bragg's...
Ready in: 60 minutes!
