- 2 cups freshly milled whole grain flour (brown rice flour is the best to use for this recipe)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sucanat
- 1 cup ghee
- Mix together dry ingredients.
- Cut in ghee, working it in with your hands.
- Press into a greased 9 X 9 pan.
- Prick with a fork.
- Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
- Cut while warm.
- Store in an airtight container.
