Instant Rice Pudding with Cinnamon: Yeast-Free Recipe

Yeast-Free Instant Rice Pudding (with Cinnamon)

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup sucanat with honey
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish

How to:
  1. In a medium saucepan, stir together all ingredients.
  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes stirring frequently until the pudding is thick and creamy.
  4. Serve warm or at room temperature.
  5. Garnish, as desired.
